If you are experiencing any problems with your earphones, please click here to print out a Warrant Request Form and send to our customer service mail cs@ggmm.com.
Once we receive your earphones, GGMM will evaluate your claim (typically 7-10 business days).

 

• General Warranty Policy

For all other products, GGMM offers three different types of warranty, depending on where the product was purchased and how it is marked. Please have your packaging handy and check the anti-counterfeiting/authenticity label before you make a warranty claim.
 

• One-Year Quality Warranty
We offer a one-year limited warranty on GGMM products whose packaging bears our “One-Year Warranty” if you make your purchase through our website or from an authorized retailer. We do not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications or damage caused by external causes. This warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any non-GGMM product used in connection with this product. This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy of GGMM. We are not liable any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of this product. • 30-Days Quality Warranty
We offer a 30-day limited warranty on GGMM products that do not qualify for lifetime or one-year warranty, if you make your purchase on our website or from an authorized retailer. We do not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications or damage caused by external causes. This warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any non-GGMM product used in connection with this product. This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy of GGMM. • 10-Day Return/Exchange Policy
We offer a 10-day limited return/exchange policy for all of our products if you make your purchase on our website or from an authorized retailer.
